Welcome to the site! I am pleased that you have come to explore various areas of fitness, and perhaps gain some useful and beneficial wisdom. We are always learning and, hopefully, improving. The HYPER-Fitness System training method was developed as a way to help people learn to incorporate health and fitness into their busy lifestyles (which have often left little or no time for healthy living). Many of us have had to work, work, work, and then work some more, leaving little time for exercise and/or healthy eating. The HYPER-Fitness System consists of a combination of resistance and cardiovascular training, including higher levels of intensity using moderate weights and resistance. Additionally, nutritional counseling, combined with this training, completes the key elements of the HYPER-Fitness System. Our overall goal is to re-train the body to efficiently burn calories, thereby increasing metabolic rate (rate at which nutrients are transformed into energy), without decreasing muscle mass. Hundreds of clients have reached their goals faster, with high levels of satisfaction, using the HYPER-Fitness System.
