He holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University where he specialized in Real Estate Taxation and International Taxation. He has prepared thousands of complex Individual, Small Business, and International Returns for both foreign residents in the United States as well as for U.S. citizens abroad. In addition he has taught courses in International Taxation and Estate Taxation to other tax professionals. Richard is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the California Society of Enrolled Agents. He is also married with two sons, and has been a Monterey resident for thirty five years.
